• 1 banana
  • 100g frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 150ml of milk of your choice
  1. Blitz the banana, berries, seeds, almond butter and milk in a blender.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with any combination of berries, granola, nuts, coconut flakes or seeds.
