- 50g rolled oats
- 300ml milk of your choice
- A handful of fresh or frozen blueberries
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Drizzle of maple syrup or honey
- Put the oats and milk into a large pan and bring to the boil. Turn down the heat, add the blueberries and cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally until the porridge thickens, about 4-5 minutes.
- Once you have the consistency you prefer, pour the porridge in the bowl. Top with a few extra blueberries, pinch of cinnamon and a drizzle of maple syrup.
