• 50g rolled oats
  • 300ml milk of your choice
  • A handful of fresh or frozen blueberries
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Drizzle of maple syrup or honey
  1. Put the oats and milk into a large pan and bring to the boil. Turn down the heat, add the blueberries and cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally until the porridge thickens, about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Once you have the consistency you prefer, pour the porridge in the bowl. Top with a few extra blueberries, pinch of cinnamon and a drizzle of maple syrup.
